Mission
Legend International College of Hospitality & Tourism (LICHT), offers management-focused programs for hospitality and other service industries with an emphasis on academic, theoretical, and hands-on learning experiences. LICHT is Asian in its outlook, international in its educational approach and multinational in its student body. All programs are catered towards the development of critical thinking skills, the understanding of contemporary management theory, and the integration of academic theory into real-life situations. The “LICHT spirit” and LICHT’s academic programs prepare students for rapid progress to international managerial positions.
To achieve the mission of the institution, LICHT provides students with academic excellence in the traditional classroom setting and industry knowledge in the craft-based learning courses. LICHT’s reputation and international network furthers the mission by providing students and graduates with quality work experiences. This is in line towards producing competent hospitality, tourism and culinary managers for responsible leadership and services in meeting human needs.
