Pastry & Baking

Students will learn the basic step-by-step guide on how to prepare the sumptuous apple pie, cheesecake, cookies, snacks, bread and others. Students will also be given the opportunity to create their own menu.

  1. Twice a week on week nights (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs).
  2. Time = 6.30pm to 9.30pm.
  3. 30 classes over 3 months
  4. Over 60 recipes and tips
